Westburne Mobile App | Stock up from your smart phone with Rexel Restock
Do you keep day-to-day Westburne items on hand? Manage stock from your smart phone! The Westburne Mobile app makes it easy to maintain stock with the all new Rexel Restock feature. Tap the app, choose your division and get started! At the top of the home screen, tap the three grey lines in the left hand corner. Tap Rexel Restock and when prompted, allow the app to access your camera.
Get organized with catalogs
Rexel Restock keeps you organized with custom catalogs! Scan products to an existing catalog or create a new one. Aim the camera at the barcode you wish to scan. Line up the red line with the middle of the barcode and the product will automatically scan. The product will be instantly automatically added to the catalog you selected. Adjust min/max, on hand and order quantities here. The app remembers this information for each product for next time, and auto-calculates re-order quantities based on the quantity on hand indicated. Know the Westburne product code, but don’t have product in front of you? Simply enter the product code on the screen to add to your catalog.
Customize day-to-day orders
All done? Tap the box at the top of the screen to review and adjust your order if needed. Tap Add Items to Cart when your order is ready for checkout. You haven’t placed your order until you set your shipping preferences! Choose pickup or delivery. Both pickup and delivery locations can be adjusted on an order-by-order basis. If your order includes backordered items, pay special attention: set your order for pickup or delivery as items become available, or when the order is complete. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Complete Order when done. It’s that easy!
